On instruction to search for a
property to purchase or rent, and on signature of our contract, we charge
a non-refundable deposit fee of £750.
The initial deposit fee will
cover a 6 month sole agency search period. On completion of a purchase, we
charge a commission fee of 1.5% of the purchase price less the initial
deposit.
On completion of a rental contract, we charge a commission
fee equivalent to one month's rent less the initial deposit. Fees set out
are exclusive of any applicable VAT which will be payable by you. If you
decide not to move, the initial deposit fee is non
refundable.
If you find a property through your own efforts or
another source during the six month period, our fees are still payable
(less the deposit). If, within a period of one year of the end of our
appointment, you exchan ge contracts for the purchase of a property
introduced by us or agree to rent a property introduced by us, our fees
are still payable (less the deposit). Other services outside our area of
operation may be available and will be the subject of a separate
discussion and agreement.
